Organizational Assessment
Alignment is too important to assume.
The VennCo Organizational Assessment reveals how your leadership team sees the organization and where perspectives align or diverge. Those results provide the foundation for a one-day facilitated session focused on what needs attention next.
A comprehensive view of the organization.
Before the session, each leader independently completes a 91-statement assessment examining 17 dimensions across the following four areas (completion time: 15–30 minutes):
The goal is not to assign the organization a generic score. It is to reveal how the leadership team perceives the business—where those perceptions are shared, where they differ, and where important questions remain unanswered.
From individual perspectives to a productive leadership conversation.
Rick brings the leadership team together for a one-day facilitated session to:
Examine the results
See where leadership perspectives converge, differ, or remain uncertain.
Test assumptions
Explore the experiences and information behind those perspectives.
Identify what needs attention
Determine which strengths, opportunities, risks, and areas of misalignment require further conversation or action.
Clear results for the owner and every leader.
The owner receives a written results report summarizing the team’s overall perspective, significant areas of alignment and divergence, and the most important strengths, constraints, and opportunities revealed by the assessment.
Each participant receives an individual report showing their responses across all 91 statements alongside the anonymized responses of their teammates and the team median.
Together, these reports give the team a shared point of reference for the facilitated conversation—and for the decisions that follow.
The Organizational Assessment can stand on its own or provide a grounded starting point for strategic planning, organizational change, or other significant business decisions.
If you need an honest picture of how your leadership team sees the organization before deciding what comes next, the Organizational Assessment is the place to begin.
